视觉论坛的各种NI资源，除了视觉相关的模块有使用外，大部分的都不会使用，仅提供资源不提供技术支持。资源的下载地址一般会同时提供NI官方和百度网盘的地址。某些工具包NI地址失效或没有NI地址，只能使用百度网盘地址；如果百度网盘地址失效过期，可联系论坛客服更新。NI的服务器在美国，有时候速度很慢或下载容易出错，这样会造成安装时各种错误而无法安装。建议在下载完成后，对下载资源做校验和(NI一般会提供MD5或SHA256等)验证，与官方或视觉论坛提供的校验和对比，一致就可以安装；如不一致，则需要重新下载。视觉论坛早期下载上传的资源，基本上都是正常下载的资源；2019后下载的资源，都与NI的正确校验和对比过，保证是正确的资源才上传到百度网盘。校验和工具下载地址：文件Hash计算器FHash，文件校验和验证下载文件正确性验证，MD5值计算、SHA1值计算、SHA256值计算、CRC32值计算http://visionbbs.com/thread-26524-1-1.html

Overview

NI-TimeSync is a coordinated set of synchronization protocols that can be used to synchronize time between multiple systems.

Supported Operating Systems

NI-TimeSync 18.0 supports the following operating systems:

• Windows 10/8.11/7 SP12
• Windows Server 2012 R2 (x64) 1, 3, 4
• Windows Server 2008 R2 (x64) 2, 3, 4
• NI Real-Time VxWorks
• NI Real-Time Phar Lap ETS
• NI Linux Real-Time5, 6
  

Note  In 2016 NI-TimeSync dropped support for Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and installations of Windows 7 without any service packs. NI-TimeSync will not install or run on an unsupported OS. You cannot deploy or distribute applications that use NI-TimeSync to an unsupported OS. Additionally, after installing NI-TimeSync, you cannot use any installers built on this computer with any version of LabVIEW, LabWindows™/CVI™, NI TestStand™, or Measurement Studio on an unsupported OS.

Note  Support for Windows 32-bit operating systems may require disabling physical address extension (PAE). To learn how this might affect your system and what actions you might need to take, visit ni.com/info and enter the Info Code PAESupport.

1NI software installs VC2015 Runtime and .NET 4.6.2. Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 require Microsoft updates to support these items. Refer to Microsoft KB2919442 and KB2919355 for more information about how to install these updates.

2 NI software is signed with a SHA-256 certificate. Windows 7 SP1, Windows Embedded Standard 7 SP1, and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 require Microsoft updates to support SHA-256. Refer to Microsoft KB3033929 for more information about how to install this security update.

3 System Configuration does not support non-R2 versions of Windows Server.

4 Support for Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012 R2 requires disabling Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (IE ESC). 5 IEEE 1588-2008 protocol instances on ARM-based targets running NI Linux Real-Time are configured to be "slave only" by default. For more information about this issue, visit ni.com/info and enter the Info Code ARMTargetSlaveOnly.

6The NI-TimeSync property node installed is not supported on NI Linux Real-Time targets. The NI-Sync API can be used with NI Linux Real-Time targets.

Known Issues

NI-TimeSync 18.0 is incompatible with NI-Sync 17.0 and earlier.

Automating the Installation of NI Products

You can automate the installation of most NI products using command-line arguments to suppress some or all of the installer user interface and dialog boxes. However, starting with the August 2012 releases (products using NI Installers version 3.1 or later), you may need to perform additional steps before or during a silent installation of NI software.

If the NI product you are installing uses Microsoft .NET 4.0, the .NET installer may run before any NI software installs and may require a reboot before the installation of NI software begins. To avoid a .NET reboot, install .NET 4.0 separately before you install NI software.

New Features

• NI-TimeSync now installs the NI-Sync API. NI-Sync provides support for monitoring and configuring system time synchronization on Linux RT targets where NI-TimeSync time references are installed. NI-TimeSync 18.0 is incompatible with NI-Sync 17.0 and earlier.
• NI-TimeSync 18.0 includes a new plugin for NI-Sync that allows you to synchronize a PXI controller's system time to hardware supported by NI-Sync. A beta version of this plugin was previously released on NI-Sync Labs.
  

Using NI Software with Microsoft Windows 10

Microsoft Windows 10 is the latest version of the Windows operating system and features significant changes compared to previous versions. Windows 10 introduces several new capabilities and also combines features from both Windows 7 and Windows 8. For more information about NI support for Windows 10, visit ni.com/windows10.

Using NI Software with Microsoft Windows 8.1

When you install NI software on Microsoft Windows 8.1, you will notice a few additional tiles in the Apps view, including shortcuts to NI application software products such as NI LabVIEW, Measurement & Automation Explorer (NI MAX), and NI Launcher.
