Summary of improvements:

Added GetScanTime function/getter to know the required time to acquire a Point Cloud. This
function/getter returns true values for real acquisitions, in the case of working with filmstrips,
this getter returns zero.
Adding the option to force the Z axis on some of the 3D Fixture tools.
Now, 3D fixture tools (excluding Patmax3D) come with a checkbox that enables users
to activate or deactivate the positive Z-axis, leading to an overall improved user
experience. This addition simplifies the process of converting a 3D fixture to a 2D
one.
Solved timing issue on WriteData function when working with append mode. Previously, this
issue was causing disruptions in the order of saved data.
Solved the issue with Point Cloud generation potentially freezing the device when in Online
mode.
Solved the issue with jobs that have object referenced disabled cells being unable to load,
and the application freezing when trying to display the cell content.
Solved the issue with the TCP communication after using WriteDevice buffer.
Solved the issue of the device becoming unresponsive after:
Multiple triggers were sent.
Receiving TCP packets.
OPC UA server disconnection.
